From the the main menubar click:
  1. Tools
  2. Internet Options...
  3. Security tab
  4. Internet zone
  5. Custom Level...
  6. Active scripting
  7. OK
Now Refresh the TI page.

From the the main menubar click:
  1. Preferences...
  2. Web Browser
  3. Web Control
  4. Enable JavaScript
  5. OK
Now Refresh the TI page.

Netscape 6.x

From the the main menubar click:
  1. Edit

  4. Enable JavaScript
  5. OK
Now Reload the TI page.

Netscape 7.x

From the the main menubar click:
  1. Edit
  2. Preferences...
  3. Advanced
  4. Scripts & plugins
  5. Enable JavaScript for Navigator.
  6. OK
