Looks like I am "liable legally" given the following post below if I choose to sale tickets for more than face value. So, essentially, I would have something to worry about. I don't see you offering BAMA fans an alternative for getting tickets!

This exchange may not be used to sell tickets for more than face value. Any violation will result in loss of posting privileges.
Every offer for sale of a ticket must include the face value of that ticket.
It has always been our policy (see the posting policy) that tickets should not be sold for profit.
And it’s illegal in Alabama to sell above original value without a license.
Section 40-12-167
Ticket scalpers.
Any person offering for sale or selling tickets at a price greater than the original price and who is commonly known as a ticket scalper shall pay a license tax of $100.
