we wouldn't be skirting the edge of copyright issues (as we are with the DVD's and videos) but directly infringing on them.

One of the big things I was told by legal minds when we started this was that as long as (a) we weren't making a profit (we're not) and (b) Alabama, the NCAA, the original broadcaster or other schools were not selling the same thing (they're not), nobody is being damaged by the process and there would be nothing for them to gain from stopping us.

However - obviously, going in direct conflict with Crimson Tradition on the broadcasts would be (b) above and we'd probably get nailed.

So - the first question to ask will be is Crimson Tradition doing the games in the Fall?
