Enforcement of this rule will be impossible. Instead of posting prices directly on the board, people will exchange email addresses or phone numbers and negotiate offline. All this rule does is make the ticket exchange somewhat less convenient for users - it DOES NOT keep people from selling tickets at over-face-value prices. If you're going to have a ticket exchange board at all, you should let people post all relevant information. If you're really concerned about facilitating scalping, you shouldn't have a ticket exchange forum. And you'll need to make a rule on other forums that no one can post anything about buying or selling tickets. That will be awfully hard to enforce, too.
