Some Gotta Win, Some Gotta Lose
Most recruiting services base their ratings for a player on which schools are recruiting that player. So a player who is being recruited by several prominent schools such as Alabama and Notre Dame usually gets high marks from the recruiting gurus.

We wanted to know which schools each new Alabama recruit had turned down in favor of the Tide, so we asked each player or his HS coach to name the schools that had offered the player a scholarship. Here’s what we found:
