What makes Travis so special is his intense nature. "That's probably his greatest asset, he's very intense." says Bolles coach Corky Rogers. "He brings the whole package as a linebacker."

The statistics Travis racked up the past two seasons are an indication of his desire to make every tackle. As a junior, he racked up 176 tackles, including 29 for loss, seven sacks and five fumble recoveries. This past season he had a part in more than 240 tackles and 15 QB sacks!

Travis is one of the three amigos from Bolles HS who all signed with the Tide. The other two are Chris Reier and Sam Matthews. During their HS careers, the three friends helped lead their team to an incredible 54-4 record.

Speaking of Alabama, Travis says, "I love their tradition of great linebackers. It's second to none. If you are a linebacker, there's not a better school in the country to play for than Alabama."
